Palatinka
During a stay of five years
in 'la douce France', the internet shop
PALATINKA was born, inspired by French retro design.
The boutique was formerly known as KidsKitsch, but as from 2008
a new name and trademark emerged: PALATINKA!
Palatinka designs lovely colorful products for children and
their parents.
Original new products, such as the handmade quilts and paintings. But also vintage products
- looking for a second life - have found their place at our internet shop. Retro
products and materials... it's not only very ecological, but Palatinka is quite 'amoureux'
with seventies prints and designs.

Original
paintings: art or kitsch?
Colorful paintings in oil and acrylic. It's possible to
order a painting 'tailor made' by Palatinka, for example with a specific color palette, image
or text. All paintings are
handmade and unique. They vary in different aspects, but you can
always recognize the handwriting of the artist.
NEW: lovely screenprints by Mini Labo - Paris, and art by 100drine and Nathalie

Colorful postcards, designed by French illustrators such as Mini Labo and
100drine. Or maybe you want your own, unique design for a birth announcement
card? Ask Palatinka for help. At the cards department you currently find some
examples of birth announcement cards which were printed previously, in a one-

C O N D I T I O N S At ordering, you
have taken knowledge of and agree with the general conditions of Palatinka,
as defined below.
Payment Shipment occurs
after payment reception. Palatinka
offers the following options for payment:
Transfer to bank
account. Payment by bank transfer (in euros) to the Palatinka bank account in The Netherlands.
Paypal. Payment by credit card. Further information will be sent to you by email. Cash payment
at picking up your order in Hilversum, Holland. Articles are reserved up to
7 days. If by then the payment
has not arrived,
the reservation will be canceled.
Prices The
prices include VAT
(Dutch BTW) of
19%, for unique art works 6%.
Palatinka
will send a specified invoice by e-mail. For second-hand products the VAT is
not applicable on the invoice. Payment in other currencies than euros? No
problem, you can pay in any currency, if you buy online using a credit card.
PayPal enables payment in British pounds, US Dollars, etc.
Shipping charges for Western
Europe are mentioned at the product
description. Also worldwide
shipment is possible, by Dutch mail (http://www.tntpost.nl).
After payment reception your order
will be dispatched as soon as possible. Article pick-up

Article exchange
or return Undamaged
goods can be returned or exchanged for another article, within a
period of 7 days. Please contact
Palatinka before returning
the goods. The shipping costs (to and fro) are to be paid by the customer.
The customer will

of a safe shipment (in original
packaging) to avoid damaged goods.

Vintage lighting & chandeliers. At the lighting department you
can find some
lovely Italian Tole
flower chandeliers and lamps. These originate from the fifties to
eighties and
they are
made and painted by hand. Palatinka also sells some lovely
seventies lamps in aluminium and colored glass.

Handmade patchwork quilts. Palatinka is quite
handy with needle and thread,
for making unique patchwork

quilts and cushion covers. Made with vintage
seventies cotton, mixed with new fabrics. Each quilt is unique, with each
fabric
combination being one of a kind.
Creative craft ideas and retro coloring images.
Inspired by seventies designs and warm childhood memories.
At the KidsCreations department you'll find DIY instructions for French
knitting, and lots of other crafty projects!

How to order a product?
You didn't received an
answer? Maybe our e-mail was blocked by your spam filter. By adding our e-mail

solved.
If the website is closed for the holidays, this will be
mentioned on the introduction (home) page. Orders are still welcome during this
period. After the holidays, orders will be handled as quickly as possible, in
chronological order.

Shipment

Economy ' indicates a
delivery time of 10 to 14 office days,

Priority ' indicates a delivery time of 3 to 4 office days.
When ordering multiple products at the same time, you only pay the shipment
costs of the largest or heaviest article.
Your order will be
carefully wrapped and sealed. For damages during the transport or damages through third parties, Palatinka
can not be held responsible.
With the shipment of parcels (f.e. chandeliers and other large items) a
guarentee for loss or damage up to
€ 500,= is
included in the shipment costs.
Tailor made products which have been imprinted with a custom made text, name or
date (such as paintings) can not be exchanged or returned. Vintage products have a history of
their own, sometimes up to 30 years. This means there might be little chips or
scratches, but this often adds to their 'shabby chic' style. The
condition of the products is mentioned at the description page and has been taken into account in the
price.
